  • Physical Therapist

    Time Off Benefits:

    Qualifications:

    • Current Texas licensure in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
    • Master’s degree from an accredited university program
    • Desire to work in a team approach to therapy
    • Motivated by targets and goals 
    • Stable work history and attendance
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • CPR and First Aid certification
    • Ability to work in a physically active environment and treat children on the floor as needed


    Accountability and Performance Measures:

    • Supports the mission of Lighthouse Therapy: Improving lives by enhancing abilities and communication in children and adults while having fun!
    • Provides treatment for children and adults with a variety of diagnoses
    • Communicates effectively with parents and collaborates with team members 
    • Strives to be educated and knowledgeable on latest diagnoses/treatments
    • Completes timely progress notes, re-assessments, and annual assessments 
    • Tracks productivity to sustain targets
