Qualifications:
Current Texas licensure in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
Master’s degree from an accredited university program
Desire to work in a team approach to therapy
Motivated by targets and goals
Stable work history and attendance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
CPR and First Aid certification
Ability to work in a physically active environment and treat children on the floor as needed
Accountability and Performance Measures:
Supports the mission of Lighthouse Therapy: Improving lives by enhancing abilities and communication in children and adults while having fun!
Provides treatment for children and adults with a variety of diagnoses
Communicates effectively with parents and collaborates with team members
Strives to be educated and knowledgeable on latest diagnoses/treatments
Completes timely progress notes, re-assessments, and annual assessments
Tracks productivity to sustain targets
